Hamu was born not from a pursuit of pure aesthetic form, but from a way of making where ideas find expression through the material itself. Hamu Studio is a multidisciplinary design studio creating sustainable, timeless, and material-driven works from recycled materials crafted in-house. At Hamu, we transform waste into our own raw material shaping it by hand to create products that embody a continuous dialogue between material and form. Grounded in recycling, craftsmanship, and longevity, our practice moves fluidly from material to product, and from production to experience.
