I am Filiz Simay Karaca, the founder of Filiz’den. The brand Filiz’den literally comes from me—my name, my roots, just like our products… The stone house my father built so that we could grow up eating clean food and staying close to nature later became a home for Filiz’den. We opened Filiz’den to offer you clean, seasonal products made with ancestral methods and respect for nature. While developing the Filiz’den brand, my team and I shared one common goal: to use the traditional farming methods that have been practiced in this region for generations and bring them to you.I want you to know that every product under the Filiz’den label comes from our own table, contains no additives or preservatives, and is produced with respect for people, nature, and ecological balance. When preparing Filiz’den food products, we cook fruits and vegetables grown completely naturally and harvested in season, just like our family recipes, in copper cauldrons over a wood fire—and jar them without adding anything else.
