Gusina

Gusina takes its name from the town of Gusinje in Montenegro and carries forward the legacy of the ‘Gusinalı’ family, who migrated to Edirne in the 1930s. The family’s operational experience and culture of production, passed down through generations, continue today under the name Gusina Pizza & Bakery. The products available at Gusina Store reflect this same approach; the ingredients used in the restaurant and the design objects developed alongside it are presented with the same natural, simple, and meticulous standards.
