To freshen up in the middle of the day, inhale a drop of Orange oil, a drop of Daily oil and a drop of peppermint oil in the palm of your hand. Usage: Diffusion: Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice. Topical use: Apply 1-2 drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. Other oils compatible with synergy: Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Rosemary Warnings: May cause mucous membrane irritation, it is not applied to the face in children. For external use only.
