HOW TO MAKE COFFEE?

1. Fill the lower chamber with water at room temperature up to the safety valve.

2. Place the medium-fine ground mocha coffee in the filter chamber without pressing.

3. Place the mokapot on the stove, cook over low heat.

4. When the coffee rises to the upper chamber, turn off the heat and serve.

Some of the Sample Coffee Recipes:

• Americano: Add 80–100 ml of hot water to 1 part mocha coffee.

• Latte: Add 150 ml of hot milk to the coffee, top it off with foam.

• Cappuccino: 1 part coffee + 100 ml hot milk + 50 ml milk foam + cocoa if desired.

HOW DOES MOKAPOT WORK?

Unlike traditional coffee machines, Moka Express works on the principle of pressure. The water in the lower chamber turns into steam when heated, creating pressure. This steam pushes the water up; The coffee passes through the filled filter and comes out to the upper chamber and your coffee is brewed.

Unlike espresso machines, the Moka operates at low pressure (about 1.5 bar). This creates its distinctive bodied, aromatic and balanced coffee profile.

Tip: Instead of using very chalky (hard) water, choose drinking water, which has a positive effect in terms of taste and appliance life.
