Serra Garden Balcony Table Set

SERRA garden balcony table set consists of one table and six chairs.

Our products are produced with specially produced synthetic rattan knitting ropes. It is produced with knitting ropes imported through Wintec company, which is a leader in the world in the field of garden furniture products. The imported rattan product is produced from 97% pe (polyethylene) material.
There are no additives on our products produced with synthetic rattan knitting ropes. Our knitting ropes can maintain their original state for long periods with their protective properties against external factors. However, regular maintenance of your product is an important factor that extends its life.
ALUMINUM SKELETON
In the product skeleton structure, fully thermal aluminum suitable for the skeleton is used in 40 43 norms with 1.5 mm and 2.4 mm wall thicknesses of different diameters. In the joining of the parts of the skeleton, mig welding (by spot welding) is done. The joints are also strengthened by adding teak wire to the remaining gaps with tig welding and the excess weld parts are ground and made ready for the painting process. Before the painting process is applied, the aluminum is oxidized and the smooth aluminum surface is chromated, that is, it is made micron-rough, and it enters the drying oven in order for the paint to adhere completely to the skeleton. The skeleton coming out of the drying oven is kept in the paint oven at 200 degrees for a sufficient time by applying silicone-based electrostatic paint suitable for outdoor use and our skeleton is ready to be knitted. Saw-tooth steel staple wires of various lengths are used to attach the rattan material to the aluminum skeleton. In addition, 19 mm long stainless specially produced saw-tooth nails are used in the knits on the product. A 32 mm diameter stainless steel protector is attached to the foot parts of the products whose knitting process is completed.
SPONGEThe sponges produced with polyurethane material used in the seating and back cushions provide a comfortable sitting thanks to their irregular cell structures. With their pressure absorbing structures in the seating and back area, the sponges maintain their quality for a long time compared to standard sponges.

FABRIC
Top-class Galia fabric is used in all of our products. The fabrics can be easily cleaned thanks to the olefin yarn structure suitable for outdoor use. The fabrics used in the products have a waterproof feature against all outdoor conditions. The fabric used in our products has successfully passed 7 different tests against light, weather conditions, UV, destruction, sea water, pool water and scratch resistance.
FABRIC CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Wash at 30° C. Dry cleaning is possible. Cannot be ironed. Machine dried at low temperature.
